Advanced classes and workshops, listed in italic, are supplements to the class series. Advanced classes are open to the public, and available to core program registrants at a discounted rate. We expect to add more supplemental classes, dates and topics TBA.
- Feb 21st class is three hours to allow for orientation, Saturday afternoon, 1-4pm. All other classes are two and a half hours. Classes start promptly, so please arrive 10 minutes early.
- Feb 26 class is Thursday evening and indoors.
- March, April and May classes are Saturday afternoons, 1 to 3:30 pm, and summer classes will be Thursday evenings, 6:00 to 8:30 pm. The October 2013 class is Saturday afternoon, 3 to 5 pm, followed by a harvest party and evaluation session.
